On October 21, 2014, Gregory Peterson presented “New trends in PIP eligibility and how underwriting misrepresentations can impact claims” at the New Jersey Special Investigators Association’s Annual Seminar. The workshop involved a review of the case law in pre and post loss fraud and a discussion of current trends.
